Your Body’s Silent Symphony of Secret Sounds: Sound as Healing

On the day Zimba was born the village gathered to greet its newest member by singing the baby’s song.  The village people always gathered on the day of a birth to honor each newborn by singing the baby’s song back to them.
 
On the day Zimba fell ill the village gathered to heal the ailing child by singing the youngsters song.  The village people always gathered to heal the sick by singing the persons song back to them.  They knew that sickness disappears when one hears the harmonies of their song.
 
On the day Zimba lied to his mother the village gathered once again to sing his song.  The village people always gathered to correct such immoral conduct by singing the persons song back to them.  They knew that irresponsible behavior disappears when one hears the melodies of their song.
 
On the day Zimba died the village gathered to sing his song.  The village people always gathered on the day of a death to sing the departing persons song back to them.  They knew that each soul has a unique song.  Singing a souls song back to them honors, heals, balances, corrects, and strengthens their spirit

It’s been said that a true friend is someone who knows your song
and can sing it back to you when you forget the tune.
